Loy Johnson, Broker / Co-owner After several years in the teaching profession, Loy found her true passion in the business of creating and selling custom homes. While living on Amelia Island, Florida, she was co-owner of a residential home construction business in this prestigious resort area. From there Loy’s love of architectural styling in Southern homes took her to Key West where she received her license as a Florida associate broker and worked with developer Pritam Singh at Key West Golf Club and the Villages at Hawk’s Cay.  Among her duties there, she found a creative outlet for her design talents in the furnishing and interior design of resort homes at several ocean resorts.  She has since maintained her interest in this field of expertise and recently earned the designation of Property Image Consultant through Property Staging Consultants, LLC. After returning to East Tennessee, Loy served as a realtor for a new master-planned traditional neighborhood community for several years, gaining a wealth of experience in dealing with retirees and other new buyers relocating to this area.  Currently Loy is co-owner of Allred & Johnson Real Estate in Norris, where she especially enjoys working with individuals wanting to relocate to the beautiful mountains and lakes of East Tennessee.    Loy enjoys the process of matching customers with just the right home. She is adept at the many aspects inherent in relocation and frequently maintains relationships with her clients after their sales are closed. Her goal is to provide multi-level service in the most efficient and economical way and to make the process of home ownership smooth and enjoyable. Her hobbies include a delight in music.
